1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Shipping: Please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
